| In the Spring of 2001, Fats had the 1998 album "No More Blue Nights" digitally remastered from analog and put to CD. This recording was originally released on cassette only, so the tape cover had to be altered to fit the nearly square aspect of the CD cover. The original image was cropped to fit the jewel case but doing so blocked the tattoo on Fats arm. When the image was cropped so the tattoo was visible it was too narrow to fill the cover. StringStudios replicated the missing column using part of the original image. If you look at the right side of the CD cover you will see a utility pole next to the building. That "pole" was orignially the edge of building. |
